  • Ozzy Osbourne news:
Ozzy stole the show at the UK Music Hall of Fame ceremony by baring his bottom at the audience... Ozzy was performing on stage with his band, Black Sabbath, to mark their induction last night.

After telling the star-studded crowd "I've seen more life at a F**king wake," he dropped his jeans and bared all.

The crowd — including wife Sharon and daughter Kelly and son Jack — gave him a standing ovation.

Afterwards he said: "I thought they needed livening up a bit. That was a lot of fun."

    In other Ozzy news...
Sky.com is reporting that Ozzy Osbourne has taken a sideswipe at his wife Sharon's U.K. TV pop show "X Factor" saying it's "killing music" and it traumatizes its contestants.

The Ozzyman was making an appearance on radio station Planet Rock when he decided to speak his mind.

"They never go anywhere," Ozzy said of the show's winners. "Look at that Steve from last year. I think he's back doing the pub circuit."

    Ozzy continued..
"'X Factor' is one big theatre, it's turning music into WWF,".

"It's about killing music to make light entertainment. It should be about music and talent but it's not."

However, he does have some sympathy for the wannabes.

"It's all fine and dandy, I'm all for it if they enjoy it. But it's got to have some effect on them if they end up not pursuing a musical career and going back to the same milkman job or window cleaning job."

  • Wednesday 13 surprised the crowd at his band's headlining set at De Lantaarn in Hellendoorn last Sunday (Nov. 13) by performing the encore while wearing a latex KISS mask. Wednesday's band — who recently opened for Alice Cooper at a handful of West Coast dates — are touring Europe for another week. Commented Wednesday: "The crowd just loved it and went wild! Hey it's a KISS nation after all... We all grew up with the hottest band and needless to say we just love them. Each night before we hit the stage you will hear KISS music out of our dressing room and during the drives on the tour bus... yep... we are watching a lot of KISS videos."

  • The latest edition of the Popbitch.com newsletter reports that when Twisted Sister performed in Brighton, England last week, frontman Dee Snider gave a shout-out to the crowd, saying, "The balcony is where all the REAL sick motherf**kers are. They can't even stand up by show time. Let's have the house lights up to see them!" When the house lights were raised, the band and audience reportedly found themselves looking back at the disabled section of the crowd, full of fans in wheelchairs.
